So I still don't know my weight. I can't find the specific battery for my scale. I think I'll head out for one in a bit. I did notice my slacks fitting more loosely on my tummy. I hope that means something.
I am doing really good at prepping my meals and having everything ready for the week.
I will continue to prep lunches, snacks, and dinners for myself every Sunday.
I need to workout. What I'm doing is not enough to call a workout.
I messed up my week because I couldn't get myself to bed before 11/12 p.m. every night. I felt it this week. My goal is no later than 10 p.m.
My word is still patience. I need to keep being patient with myself.
